Health and Nutrition Coaching Program


Tricia Scheeler, owner of Flip Dog Pilates and a Precision Nutrition Health and Wellness Coach developed our exclusive Flip FIT and FABULOUS Virtual Nutrition and Wellness Coaching Program.

Flip FIT and FABULOUS is based on the Flip 5 Pillars: daily goals, nutrition, self care, hydration and movement. A journey towards improved well-being and self-acceptance. I will help you look and feel your best by establishing and completing daily tasks so they become habits and rituals.

Having a health and nutrition coach can be incredibly beneficial in helping you feel confident, achieve personal growth, and meet your goals. I will provide guidance, support, and accountability as you make positive changes to your lifestyle and develop a healthier relationship with your body and food. I will also help you create a personalized nutrition and fitness plan that aligns with your goals and preferences.

The 2-week VIRUTUAL Flip FIT to FABULOUS program is a great opportunity to kickstart your wellness journey and prepare for the summer season.

Here’s what the program includes:

1. Initial consultation: You will have an initial consultation where you’ll fill out a form and undergo a BMR assessment to determine your individual needs and goals.

2. Macronutrient assessment: Your macronutrient needs will be assessed to ensure that your diet is balanced and tailored to your specific needs.

3. Daily contact through the Trainerize app: You’ll have daily contact with your Certified Precision Nutrition Wellness Coach through the Trainerize app. This will help keep you accountable and allow for adjustments in your programming throughout the week.

4. Nutritional and wellness coaching: You’ll receive coaching on your goals, focusing on nutrition and overall wellness. Topics covered may include what to eat, portion control, meal ideas and recipes, shopping lists and pantry essentials, detox essentials, and mindfulness practices.

5. Handouts and support: You’ll receive handouts and support materials to further assist you in making sustainable changes to your diet and lifestyle. These resources will provide guidance and information on various aspects of wellness.

6. Option to extend the program: If you wish to continue the program beyond the initial 2 weeks, there is an option to extend it for an additional 3 or 4 weeks at an extra cost of $50 per week. This allows for ongoing support and guidance as you continue your wellness journey.

By participating in the Flip FIT to FABULOUS program, you’ll have the opportunity to reset your body, improve your diet, and work towards your goals just in time for summer. It’s a comprehensive program that focuses on nutrition, wellness, and accountability, providing you with the tools and knowledge to make sustainable changes for a healthier lifestyle.

This program is virtual and It is designed to be integrated into your life and your schedule!
